When we experience stress or anxiety, it can be challenging to comprehend our feelings or communicate them to others. Often, our emotions may seem overwhelming and difficult to navigate. In our work together, I prioritize establishing an environment that feels safe, supportive, and understanding. This enables us to reflect on challenges and uncover solutions we might not have considered before. About Kirpah As a therapist, my approach is collaborative and client-centered, tailored to meet each individual, couple, or family’s unique needs. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive, and healing environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe that while life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, each person carries an inner capacity for growth, resilience, and change. I offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families in both English and Punjabi. I have experience supporting clients through transitional periods of life and addressing the unique stressors faced by adolescents and young adults. Together, we explore relational patterns, strengthen coping skills, and foster deeper self-understanding to support emotional well-being and meaningful connection. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and my Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
